The recipe for this artisan liqueur has remained unchanged since François-Xavier de Beukelaer developed it in 1863. 𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
6cl Bulleit Rye whiskey
3cl Cointreau
1.5cl Elixir d`Anvers
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Ice cubes
Orange zest
Sprig of thyme
𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:
Mix all ingredients in a mixing glass with plenty of ice and stir well for 20 seconds. Serve in a tumbler glass and garnish with orange zest and a sprig of thyme. 🌟
